Michelin Bib Gourmand value
The Bib Gourmand is Michelin's "good quality, good value cooking" tier — typically €25–€35 for a full meal. France has about 950 of them, vs 600 Michelin-starred restaurants. The official guide lists them by region; this tool filters by city, cuisine and value, and tells you which ones are realistically walk-in vs 2-week-advance.
What this tool actually solves
The Michelin Guide lists 950+ Bib Gourmands in France. The guide gives you addresses and a one-liner but doesn't rank by value. A "Bib Gourmand" listing assumes a maximum prix of €36 in 2025, but within that ceiling some are €20 and some are €34 — the difference between a smart dinner and an expensive one. This tool ranks by €/meal-value.
How to read the result
Each row is a Bib Gourmand in your city, sorted by estimated price. The "reservation" column tells you realistically when you need to book. The "value" column is a 1–5 score for € spent / food quality.
Limitations
The Bib Gourmand list is updated annually in March. New additions and removals can be 10–15% per year. Some addresses close mid-year. Always verify with the restaurant before walking in.
